1991年,江苏省政府在全省幼教工作会议上提出“今后我省幼儿教育的重点将转向农村”。经过十年的努力,从布局调整,到规模办园,到逐步推进幼儿教育现代化,江苏的农村幼儿教育面貌发生了根本性的变化。但是,一些新情况、新问题也不断出现。尤其是最近几年,随着办园体制改革的推进,广大农村幼儿教师面临新的生存压力,他们困惑、忧虑、彷徨、振奋、进取……重新开始了适应与选择。生活的道路在改变,但他们对幼儿教育的挚爱与执着从未改变。
In 1991, the provincial government of Jiangsu Province proposed at the preschool education meeting in the province that “the focus of early childhood education in our province will shift to rural areas.” After ten years of hard work, from the layout adjustment to the scale of running a garden to gradually push forward the modernization of preschool education, Jiangsu’s rural preschool education has undergone fundamental changes. However, some new situations and new problems are constantly emerging. Especially in recent years, with the advancement of the reform in the park administration system, the majority of kindergarten teachers in the rural areas are facing new pressures of subsistence. They are confused, worried, confused, exasperated and aggressive, and have resumed their adaptation and choice. The path of life is changing, but their love and dedication to early childhood education have never changed.
