阿坝州“一体两翼”经济发展战略是全州经济发展理论和实践中最具有创新意义的内容之一。“一体两翼”经济发展战略孕育于80年代中后期,形成于90年代中期,丰富和完善于新世纪初期。“一体两翼”经济发展战略的确定,是州委、州政府落实科学发展观的生动实践。近年来,“一体两翼”经济发展战略又在全州具体实践中不断得到丰富和完善,而且由构想变为战略、再由战略变为行动指南。
Aba Prefecture “One Body and Two Wings ” Economic development strategy is one of the most innovative contents in the theory and practice of economic development in Quanzhou. The “one body, two wings” strategy of economic development was conceived in the mid-to-late 1980s and formed in the mid-1990s, enriched and improved at the beginning of the new century.
