In patients with advanced cancer, due to the decline of the evil spirits, the body’s immune function is extremely low, and it is difficult to withstand the treatment of radiation or chemical drugs. According to the principle of qi supplementation, we used astragalus and codonopsis pilosula injections to make a comparison between the treatment group and the control group in 78 patients with gastric cancer. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Subjects 78 patients in this group were hospitalized patients in our department. All of them were confirmed by pathological examination as gastric cancer.
