一、关于体育教学过程的科学规律和运动量对增强体质所起的作用体育教学过程和其他学科的教学过程有共同性,但亦有其特殊规律。其他学科的教学过程主要是通过思维活动,掌握前人积累下来的科学知识与技能,并发展学生的认识能力。而在体育教学过程中,除了要使学生掌握一定的体育科学知识外,主要是从事各种身体练习,通过掌握体育技能与技术,组织反复练习,以达到增强体质的目的。因此,体育教学过程除了遵循认识事物的一般规律外,还要遵循人体生理机能活动变化的规律和动作技能形成的规律。

The teaching of other disciplines mainly through the thinking activities, master the accumulated scientific knowledge and skills, and develop students’ cognitive skills. Therefore, in addition to following the general rules of knowing things, the teaching of physical education should follow the law of the changes of human physiological functions and the rules formed by motor skills.
