采用药芯自保护焊技术,对Q420B建筑钢结构实施焊接,并进行了焊接接头的组织观察、拉伸、冲击和磨损试验。结果表明,焊接接头的抗拉强度达537.4 MPa、冲击功达54.8 J,冲击断口呈现较为明显的韧窝状延性断裂特征;磨损试验15 min后,磨损体积为28.8×10-3mm3。Q420B建筑钢结构药芯自保护焊接接头具有较好的抗拉伸、抗冲击和耐磨损性能。
Self-shielded arc welding technology was adopted to weld Q420B building steel structure, and the microstructure, tensile, impact and wear test of welded joints were carried out. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 537.4 MPa and the impact energy reaches 54.8 J. The impact fracture shows a more pronounced ductile ductile fracture. After the wear test for 15 min, the wear volume is 28.8 × 10-3 mm3. Q420B steel core structure of self-protection welded joints with good tensile, impact and wear resistance.
