市场经济即法治经济。因此,中国证券市场的市场化发展的主旋律必然是证券法律和制度建设的市场化。应从立法体系构建、证券民事责任制度、证券信息披露制度等方面来完善和发展证券市场法律制度。
Market economy is the rule of law economy. Therefore, the main theme of the market-based development of China’s securities market must be the marketization of securities laws and system construction. The legal system of securities market should be perfected and developed from the legislative system construction, securities civil liability system and securities information disclosure system.
