目的:应用捕获再捕获法探讨住院患者医院感染发病率。方法:利用2008年医院医院感染报告系统报告资料和随机抽查出院病历资料,用C-R法住院患者医院感染率。结果:用CR法估计2008年住院患者医院感染病例数为399例,估计2008年住院患者医院感染率为4.8%。结论:可以利用两种资料来源依靠CR法校正因漏报而造成的数值误差,获得较准确的医院感染率,有利于同级别医院之间的比较。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients by capture and recapture method. Methods: The data of hospital nosocomial infection report system in 2008 and randomly selected hospital records were used to check the hospital infection rate by C-R method. Results: CR method was used to estimate the number of in-hospital nosocomial infections in 2008 was 399 and the hospital infection rate in 2008 was estimated to be 4.8%. Conclusion: Two sources of information can be used to correct the numerical error caused by omission by using CR method to obtain a more accurate nosocomial infection rate, which is in favor of comparing with the same level of hospitals.
