目的 研究神经细胞黏附分子 (CD56)在肺癌中的表达 ,并探讨其病理意义和作为小细胞肺癌肿瘤标志物的可能。方法 收集肺癌石蜡标本 5 9例并培养小细胞肺癌H12 8细胞 ,应用免疫组织化学的方法检测CD56的表达。结果 在 43例NSCLC组织中 ,CD56的表达 3 5例呈阴性反应 ,8例阳性反应均为弱阳性。CD56在 16例SCLC组织中的表达高达 10 0 %,且 12例 ( 80 %)呈强阳性表达。CD56在NSCLC和SCLC组织中的表达具有高度相差显著性。CD56在H12 8细胞系中呈普遍表达。结论 CD56可能是小细胞肺癌组织和细胞的理想标志物
Objective To study the expression of neural cell adhesion molecule (CD56) in lung cancer and to explore its pathological significance and potential as a tumor marker for small cell lung cancer. Methods Fifty-nine paraffin-embedded specimens of lung cancer were collected and cultured. Small cell lung cancer H12 8 cells were cultured and the expression of CD56 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In 43 NSCLC tissues, the expression of CD56 was negative in 35 cases, and the positive reaction in 8 cases was weakly positive. The expression of CD56 was up to 100% in 16 cases of SCLC tissues, and 12 cases (80%) showed strong positive expression. The expression of CD56 in NSCLC and SCLC tissues has highly significant difference. CD56 is ubiquitously expressed in the H12 8 cell line. Conclusion CD56 may be an ideal marker for small cell lung cancer tissues and cells
