中国水电建设一方面表现出需求量大,建设速度快,要求高等特点;另一方面建设资金紧张,融资渠道单一,水电企业形成规模的不多,不利于参与国际竞争,以及水电开发引发的相关问题的处理还有待进一步地探索.面对这些有碍于水电建设的问题,提出相关对策.
