口服三苯氧胺和未服药的早孕妇女,经手术人工流产的胎盘绒毛组织,在无菌条件下进行体外培养。用RIA方法测定培液中孕酮和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)的含量。实验结果为:用药组孕酮、hCG的基础分泌量较未服药组显著为低(p<0.001)。促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A)能促进绒毛滋养层细胞孕酮、hCG的分泌,但用药组绒毛滋养层细胞对LHRH-A的反应性明显低于未服药对照组(p<0.01)。
Oral tamoxifen and unmedicated early pregnant women, surgical abortion of placental villi tissue, cultured in vitro under sterile conditions. The contents of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in culture medium were determined by RIA method. The experimental results showed that the basal secretion of progesterone and hCG in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the non-medication group (p <0.001). Luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogue (LHRH-A) could promote the secretion of progesterone and hCG in villous trophoblast cells, but the response of LH-T cells to villus trophoblast cells in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (p <0.01) ).
