日本棘隙吸虫(Echinochasmus japonicus Tanabe 1926)病系近年新发现的人体寄生虫病,分布于福建、广东、广西等省、区。该病的人感染率为4.9%,狗感染率为39.7%,猫感染率为9.5%,并且还可感染鸡、鸟等动物,是人、畜,禽共患的寄生虫病。氏家直记(1936)曾用普通光学显微镜观察过日本棘隙吸虫的体表形态,但迄今未有体表超微结构的报道。本文系用电镜扫描技术,对日本棘隙吸虫成虫体表进行观察的结果。
The Japanese echinococcosis (Echinochasmus japonicus Tanabe 1926) disease in recent years the newly discovered human parasitic diseases, located in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and other provinces and regions. The prevalence of the disease was 4.9%, the dog infection rate was 39.7%, cat infection rate was 9.5%, and can also infect chickens, birds and other animals, is a human, livestock and poultry comorbid parasites. His family records (1936) had observed the body surface morphology of Japanese echinococcosis with ordinary light microscope, but so far no body surface ultrastructure reported. In this paper, electron microscopy scanning technology, the Japanese echinococcocorretes adult body surface to observe the results.
