[背景]小额担保贷款工作始于2003年,两年多来,安庆市以科学发展观为指导,认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府关于就业再就业工作的决策部署,并将小额担保贷款工作作为落实就业再就业政策的重点,积极发挥小额担保贷款扶持下岗失业人员自谋职业、自主创业的作用,实行人本服务,不断开拓放贷模式,建立促进小额担保贷款发展的长效机制,小额担保贷款工作取得了长足进展。
