文章利用压痕微裂纹法测试了3种Si3N4基陶瓷的R曲线.结果发现:添加Y2O3和Al2O3的Si3N4材料(1号)具有明显上升的R曲线;添加ZrO2的材料(2号)次之;添加AlN的材料(3号)的R曲线变化幅度最小.并结合断口形貌分析发现,材料的R曲线行为与其微观结构密切相关.
The R curves of three kinds of Si3N4 based ceramics were tested by indentation micro-crack method. The results showed that the R curve of Si3N4 with the addition of Y2O3 and Al2O3 was obviously increased, followed by the ZrO2 addition (No.2), and the change of the R curve with the addition of AlN (No.3) was the smallest. Combined with the analysis of fracture surface morphology, the R curve behavior of the material is closely related to its microstructure.
