本文用反相HPLC-电化学法研究人体内对乙酰氨基酚小儿分散片的生物利用度。反相HPLC-电化学法灵敏度高,最低检测浓度为20ng/ml;重现性好,相对标准偏差小于8%;取血量少(0.1ml),适用于临床监测。10名正常人口服小儿分散片和市售片的药动学参数与国内的文献报道基本一致,并经t检验各项参数均无显著性差异(P>0.05),相对生物利用度为104.01%。由此说明,小儿分散片与市售片完全等效。
In this paper, the bioavailability of acetaminophen pediatric dispersible tablets was studied by reversed-phase HPLC-electrochemical method. Reversed-phase HPLC-electrochemical method with high sensitivity, the lowest detection concentration of 20ng / ml; good reproducibility, the relative standard deviation of less than 8%; less blood volume (0.1ml), suitable for clinical monitoring. The pharmacokinetic parameters of 10 normal children’s dispersible tablets and commercially available tablets were basically the same as those reported in the domestic literature, and there was no significant difference (all P> 0.05) by t-test. The relative bioavailability was 104.01%. This shows that pediatric dispersible tablets completely equivalent to the market.
