利福平(RFP)是一种杀菌力强、易吸收,在肺、肝、脾、肾、骨均有较高浓度分布的抗结核药物,随着临床广泛使用,其副作用的报道亦屡见不鲜。现将本刊近年来收到的有关报道予以综合发表,供临床参考。
Rifampicin (RFP) is a highly bactericidal and easily absorbed anti-TB drug with a high concentration distribution in lung, liver, spleen, kidney and bone. As its clinical application is widespread, its side effects are not uncommon. The magazine now received in recent years to be comprehensively published reports for clinical reference.
