介绍了一个“文革”时期设计和建设的露天铁矿，由于矿石资源条件低劣，设计和建设中存在不少缺陷，原定选矿工艺流程未能付诸实施等原因，造成生产成本高，矿山严重亏损，面临着二次下马的威胁。就是在这种十分艰难的条件下，制定了相应的对策，实施了一系列的技术改造，使该矿生产逐年上升，１９８９年跃入全国十大露天矿行列，为太钢冶炼生产做出了贡献。
This paper introduces an open-pit iron mine designed and constructed during the “Cultural Revolution”.
