目的:探讨单纯性肾囊肿的治疗方法。方法:对76例单纯性肾囊肿在B超引导下行经皮穿刺抽液注入无水乙醇。结果:本组中61例得到随访均在6个月内腰痛症状完全消失;术后第2个月复查B超,囊肿完全消失45例;9例在2 a内复查B超囊肿缩小,但未完全消失,经再次穿刺治疗后痊愈。结论:经皮穿刺抽液注无水乙醇方法简便易行,安全可靠,创伤小,是治疗肾囊肿有效安全的方法之一。
Objective: To explore the treatment of simple renal cysts. Methods: 76 cases of simple renal cysts under the guidance of B-percutaneous puncture fluid injection of absolute ethanol. Results: 61 cases were followed up in 6 months, the symptoms of lumbago completely disappeared; 2 months after surgery, B ultrasound completely disappeared, the cyst completely disappeared in 45 cases; 9 cases within 2 a review B ultrasound cyst narrowed, but not Completely disappear, recovered after puncture again. Conclusion: Percutaneous puncture and injection of absolute ethanol is simple, safe, reliable and less traumatic. It is one of the effective and safe methods to treat renal cysts.
