In vitro culture of 15 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in patients with bone marrow, using a complement-specific monoclonal antibody selective removal of T-cell subsets, by a monocyte-derived mononuclear progenitor cells (CFU-GM) Yield changes observed T cell subsets of hematopoietic cells inhibitory activity. The results showed that CFU-GM colony yield did not change before and after removal of CD4 cells from 15 MDS bone marrow (P> 0.05). After CD8 cells were removed, there was no significant change in CFU-GM colony yield in 11 MDS patients (P> 0.05). 05). The yield of CFU-GM colonies increased by 38% -71% in 4 cases of MDS bone marrow, which was significantly different from that of the group without CD8 (P <0.001). These results suggest that some patients with MDS have hematopoietic suppression of T-cell (HIT), suggesting that T cells involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis.
