本文分析了当前中职学生的生理特征和心理特征,论述了中职学校的班主任和管理人员对学生进行德育教育要针对他们的特点,通过各种活动潜移默化的,和风细雨式的将德育工作渗透其中。在此基础上提出了在中职学校德育教育中大胆改革以往的教育方式,探讨出一套适合的教育方法。针对学生的专业特色和我国市场发展的需求,实施企业化模式进行教育管理,对学生加强企业理念的培训,培养学生的竞争意识,最大限度的满足企业的需求。
This article analyzes the current secondary vocational students’ physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics, discusses the secondary vocational school teachers and managers of moral education for students to be aimed at their characteristics, through various activities subtle, mendicant style of moral education to infiltrate them . On the basis of this, it puts forward to boldly reform the previous education mode in moral education in secondary vocational schools and explore a set of suitable education methods. According to the professional characteristics of students and the needs of market development in our country, we implement education and management in the mode of enterpriseization, train students to strengthen corporate philosophy, cultivate students’ sense of competition and satisfy the needs of enterprises to the maximum.
