目的观察分析舒适护理模式在外科临床护理中的应用效果。方法 82例外科患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用舒适护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组心理状态评分、疼痛评分及护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科临床护理中应用舒适护理模式的临床效果显著,能有效提高护理质量,促进患者恢复,值得临床广泛应用及推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comfortable nursing mode in surgical clinical nursing. Methods 82 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given comfortable nursing model based on the control group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of psychological status, pain score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of applying comfortable nursing model in surgical clinical nursing is significant, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and promote the recovery of patients. It is worth widely clinical application and promotion.
