前言在铝合金铆钉线材生产中,挤压线毛料的卷曲是生产过程中的重要一环.过去我厂曾用卧式机械和风动卷线机进行线毛料的卷曲.由于设备结构的限制,使该机远离制品出口,不仅生产效率低、废品率高,用人多,劳动强度大,而且经常发生烫伤事故.针对这种情况,我们自己设计制造了两台立式液压卷线机,于一九八三年十月投入使用.经使用证明,性能良好,深受生产工的欢迎.
