实验教学应不断有所创新,才能适应社会对人才知识和科学素质越来越高的要求。传统的学生实验教学是统一目标、统一实验内容、统一任务,这样的实验课限制了学生思维的发展,不利于学生创新意识、求实求真的品格和科学精神的养成。而且,学生学习能力差异较大,按传统的教学方法,教师往往顾此失彼,常常出现“优生吃不饱,差生吃不了”的现象。作者在教学实践中已深深体会到这种步调一致的统一教学法的弊端,决定对分层分组实验教学进行尝试和研究。
Experimental teaching should be continually innovative in order to meet the society’s growing demand for talented people and scientific quality. The traditional experimental teaching of students is a unified goal, a unified experimental content, a unified task, such experimental class limits the development of student thinking is not conducive to student innovative awareness, realistic and realistic character and scientific spirit. Moreover, the students’ learning ability is quite different. According to the traditional teaching methods, teachers tend to lose sight of one another, often resulting in the phenomenon that “the eugenics can not eat enough and the poor students can not eat”. In the teaching practice, the author has deeply realized the shortcomings of the uniformed teaching method which is consistent in pace and decides to try and study the experimental teaching of stratified grouping.
