今年干部教育培训工作总的要求是,以邓小平理论和党的基本路线为指导,贯彻落实党的十五大、十五届三中、四中全会精神和中央经济工作会议精神,紧紧围绕全党全国工作大局,努力完成中央《1996～2000年全国干部教育培训规划》提出的各项任务,总结和运用“三讲”教育的成功经验,进一步改进干部的理论学习,增强干部教育培训的针对性,努力提高培训质量。深入实际搞好调查研究,加强和改善干部教育培训的宏观管理,以改革的精神研究解决干部教育工作中的突出问题,制定“十五”全国干部教育培训规划,更好地为建设高素质的干部队伍服务。
