二十年新闻改革的一个重要成果,就是显示了传媒业自身的活力,涌现了一批有雄厚经济实力的传媒经济大户。随着中国入世和业外资本的介入,关于将现代企业制度引入传媒业的讨论甚为热烈。但是从国家的现行政策看,在传媒业内,除出版社外的报社、新闻期刊、电台、电视台等传媒单位不能成为企业,只能属于事业。这是当前新闻改革的一条不可逾越的底线。
An important achievement of the news reform over the past two decades is that it shows the vitality of the media industry itself and the emergence of a large number of media economists with strong economic strength. With China’s accession to the WTO and the involvement of extra-capitals, the discussion on introducing a modern enterprise system into the media industry was very enthusiastic. However, judging from the current state policies, in the mass media industry, newspapers, news journals, radio and television stations and other media units other than the publishing houses can not become enterprises and can only belong to the enterprise. This is an insurmountable bottom line of the current news reform.
