骨髓幼红细胞和粒细胞的分化及增殖所需的环境不同。通过照射Wister大鼠对比进行了研究,现将结果报告于下: ~(60)Co1000伦全身照射,照后二天外周血及骨髓有核细胞数均显著减少,骨髓内幼稚细胞消失,成为伴有明显出血的空虚骨髓,如不治疗,則一周内死亡。本实验是把上述照射二天后的动物与健康动物或多血动物分别进行主动脉吻合形成联体动物,经不同时间将动物杀死,观察照射动物骨髓的造血恢复过程。与健康动物联体者,在术后24小时,外周血白细胞数可达术前的3倍,以后逐渐增加。骨髓有核细胞数也明
Bone marrow erythroblasts and granulocytes differentiation and proliferation of the environment required for different.
