性梦,通常指睡梦中与异性有关的梦。女性出现性梦,常在梦中与男子交合,故又称梦交。梦交时也会出现性快感,同时阴道分泌物增多,甚至会渗透到内裤上。性梦者苏醒后,一般有性兴奋带来的欣慰感,但少数对性知识缺乏的女青年也可由此感到恐惧和不安;个别情深意笃的已婚妇女可能因梦中的“婚外情愫”感到愧疚。
