Fe-SBA-15和FeO_x/SBA-15的制备及其对甲苯氧化的催化性能

采用直接水热法和等体积浸渍法,分别制备了Fe表面密度为0.09~1.11 Fe-atom/nm2的高比表面积和有序介孔Fe嵌入的SBA-15催化剂xFe-SBA-15,和SBA-15负载的FeOx催化剂yFeOx/SBA-15.表征了xFe-SBA-15和yFeOx/SBA-15催化剂的物化性质,并评价了其对甲苯完全氧化反应的催化活性.结果表明,所得催化剂具有棒状或链条状的表面形貌.在Fe表面密度0.76 Fe-atom/nm2的xFe-SBA-15上和Fe表面密度0.64 Fe-atom/nm2的yFeOx/SBA-15上,Fe物种呈高分散态.在类似Fe表面密度和空速的条件下,xFe-SBA-15比yFeOx/SBA-15显示更好的催化活性.Fe表面密度为0.59 Fe-atom/nm2的xFe-SBA-15催化剂由于具有高比表面积、高分散态的Fe物种和优良的低温还原性能而表现出最好的催化性能. The direct hydrothermal method and the same volume impregnation method were used to prepare the SBA-15 catalyst xFe-SBA-15 with high specific surface area and ordered mesoporous Fe embedded in Fe surface with a density of 0.09 ~ 1.11 Fe-atom / nm2, and SBA -15 supported FeOx catalyst yFeOx / SBA-15.The physicochemical properties of xFe-SBA-15 and yFeOx / SBA-15 catalysts were characterized and their catalytic activities for the complete oxidation of toluene were evaluated. The results showed that the obtained catalyst had rod- Or chain-like surface topography.The Fe species was highly dispersed on xFe-SBA-15 with a Fe surface density of 0.76 Fe-atom / nm2 and yFeOx / SBA-15 with a Fe surface density of 0.64 Fe-atom / nm2. The xFe-SBA-15 shows better catalytic activity than the yFeOx / SBA-15 under Fe surface density and space velocity conditions.The xFe-SBA-15 catalyst with Fe surface density of 0.59 Fe-atom / Specific surface area, highly dispersed Fe species and excellent low temperature reduction performance and showed the best catalytic performance.
