目的 :为进一步了解 2型糖尿病患者血小板活化情况。方法 :采用流式细胞术检测了 4 5例 2型糖尿病患者及 2 6例正常对照者血小板表面血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅠb(CD4 2b)、GPⅡb(CD4 1a)、P -选择素 (CD6 2 p)及血小板激活复合物 (PAC - 1)的表达。结果 :糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白P -选择素 (P =0 .0 4 )及PAC - 1(P =0 .0 0 )表达的荧光强度较正常对照组明显升高 ;而GPⅠb表达的荧光强度较正常对照组显著下降 (P =0 .0 1) ;GPⅡb表达则无明显改变 (P =0 .2 9)。结论 :糖尿病患者血小板活化明显增强 ,PAC - 1的表达可作为GPⅡb/Ⅲa激活更敏感的新型特异性标志。
Objective: To further understand the platelet activation in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect platelet membrane glycoprotein GP Ⅰ b (CD4 2b), GP Ⅱ b (CD4 1a) and P - selectin (CD6 2 p) on platelets in 45 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 26 normal controls. And platelet activating complex (PAC - 1) expression. Results: The fluorescence intensity of platelet membrane glycoprotein P - selectin (P = 0. 04) and PAC - 1 (P = 0. 0 0) in diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in normal control group. The fluorescence intensity Which was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P = 0. 01); GPⅡb expression was not significantly changed (P = 0.29). Conclusion: Platelet activation is significantly increased in patients with diabetes mellitus. The expression of PAC - 1 can be used as a new type of specific marker that is more sensitive to GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a activation.
