在焊接界中,窄间隙焊接已成为一门专用的术语。随着工业的发展,出现了大量的超厚板,在焊接这些越来越厚的钢板时,同传统的焊接技术相比,窄间隙焊接无论是在质量上还是在经济上都是一种合理的焊接技术。目前,窄间隙焊接已在工业生产的诸如压力容器、海洋结构和造船等领域中有着广泛的应用。本文对Q235低碳钢的旋转电弧窄间隙焊接工艺进行研究,为实际焊接生产中找到焊接质量稳定、焊缝成形美观的焊接工艺参数提供理论依据。
In the welding world, narrow gap welding has become a specialized term. With the development of industry, a large number of super-thick plates have emerged. Compared with traditional welding techniques, narrow-gap welding is reasonable in terms of quality and economy when welding these thicker and thicker steel plates Welding technology. At present, narrow gap welding has been widely used in industrial production such as pressure vessel, marine structure and shipbuilding. In this paper, we study on the narrow arc welding process of Q235 low carbon steel, and provide a theoretical basis for finding the welding process parameters with stable welding quality and beautiful weld appearance in the actual welding production.
