近期研究显示,偏头痛和丛集性头痛主要是由大脑功能异常所致。本文主要阐述应用神经影像研究头痛的最新进展和研究成果。功能性影像在原发性头痛综合征的研究中扮演着重要的角色,并且开启了以神经载体为研究对象的新纪元。在原发性头痛综合征病理生理机制方面,各项研究结果都证实了脑干起到了极其重要的作用,下丘脑灰结节在严重的三叉神经自主性头痛中也起到了重要作用。如果进一步的研究也支持这些观点,那么我们就能更深入的了解急性发作性头痛的始发部位以及发生机制,从而进行预防性治疗。
Recent studies have shown that migraine headache and cluster headache are mainly caused by abnormal brain function. This article focuses on the application of neuroimaging headache research and the latest research results. Functional imaging plays an important role in the study of primary headache syndrome and opens a new era for neural carriers. In the pathophysiology of primary headache syndrome, the results of various studies have confirmed that the brain stem has played an extremely important role, and the hypothalamic gray knot also plays an important role in the severe trigeminal-autonomic headache. If further research supports these views, then we can more in-depth understanding of the origin of acute episodic headache and its mechanism for preventive treatment.
