我厂是生产电子仪表行业专用机械的专业工厂,所需锻件的材料品种多,对坯料的加热速度、加热温度都有技术要求。一九八二年,我们对原有的锻造炉进行了较大的技术改造。经过一年多时间的使用,它在节能、环保等方面取得了较为明显的效果,并已通过鉴定。现介绍如下,供参考。一、主要结构及特点图1为往复炉篦机械加煤锻造炉简图。图2为其外貌。该锻造炉由加煤单轨吊车、往复炉篦机械加煤机、炉篦、炉体、余热锅炉、风机等六部分组成。 1.加煤单轨吊车由0.5吨电动葫芦、轨道、加煤斗组成。一套机构可同时为两台锻造炉加煤。 2.往复炉篦机械加煤机
