由于最近放电加工技术在加工电源控制、适应控制和电极一工件相对位置自动定位等方面的进步,促成了数字控制放电加工机床的必然发展。采用这种机床,可以不用技术等级高的工人,能稳定地进行高精度加工,能长时间地无人化运转。数控放电加工机床的一例子,是日本贾派克斯公司的DP35NC,其Z轴采用数字伺服,工作台X、Y轴采用数控脉冲电机,机床有自动更换电极装置,库中存储有20个电极;其数控装置型号为JAPT—O,属于点位控制,并进行深度控制和更换电极控制,它不用穿孔带,而用按键输入方式,工人可在现场设计程序,简单方便。应用实例之一是加工印刷板模具,它有多个异形孔,由于该机床能自动更换电极和精确定位,故加工时间比普通放电加工机床少。
Due to the recent progress in EDM technology in machining power control, adaptive control and automatic positioning of the relative position of an electrode, the inevitable development of digitally controlled EDM machine tools has been promoted. With this machine tool, it is possible to stably carry out high-precision machining without the need of a worker with a high technical level and to operate unmanned for a long time. An example of CNC EDM machine is DP35NC from JAPEX Corporation of Japan. The Z axis adopts digital servo, the X and Y axes of the worktable adopt the CNC pulse motor, and the machine has an automatic electrode replacement device. There are 20 electrodes stored in the library. Its numerical control device model JAPT-O, belongs to the spot control, and carries on the depth control and the replacement electrode control, it does not use the perforated belt, but uses the key input way, the worker may in the scene design the procedure, simple and convenient. One of the application examples is the processing of printing plate mold, it has a number of special-shaped hole, because the machine can automatically replace the electrode and accurate positioning, so the processing time than ordinary EDM machine less.
