报导了使用LiNbO_3外调制器及2.5Gb/s×300km光纤传输系统的定验结果,使用国产DFB光源经过300km常规单模光纤传输后接收灵敏度为—30.2dBm(BER=10~(-10))。根据实验结果分析,得出了在此外调制系统传输中影响系统性能的主要因素是由光源静态线宽中的光频分生产生的PM-AM转化噪声,文中还提出了针对性的解决办法。
The experimental results of using LiNbO_3 external modulator and 2.5Gb / s × 300km optical fiber transmission system are reported. The receiver sensitivity is -30.2dBm (BER = 10 ~ (-10)) after using domestic DFB light source to transmit through 300km conventional single- ). According to the experimental results, it is concluded that PM-AM conversion noise generated by optical frequency generation in the static linewidth of the light source is the main factor that affects system performance in other modulation system transmission. A specific solution is also proposed in this paper.
