十几年前艰难起步的我国青年研究事业及其这支队伍,经过大浪淘沙几番洗礼,如今又要面对社会转型时期的诸多考验和新的发展机遇的选择。当务之急是要树立信心,鼓足士气,审时度势,着眼未来,寻找一条具有中国特色的自我成长的道路。青年研究需要确立精品意识,克服低水平的重复。应在已有的国内外研究成果的基础上,团结和组织各方面的力量,针对当代青年的生存与发展问题,进行多层次、多学科、多角度的协同攻关,不断提出新的理论框架和分析视点。青年研究工作者要具有高度的社会责任感和使命感,深入实际,调查研究,自强不息,探索不止,用出色的科研成果为自己正名,为社会和青年的进步做出应有的贡献。
After more than a decade of difficult start-ups, our youth research project and its contingent have been baptized by the ebb and flow of waves for many years and now have to face the many tests and opportunities for new development in the period of social transformation. The top priority is to build confidence, boost morale, assess the situation and focus on the future, looking for a path of self-growth with Chinese characteristics. Youth research needs to establish a sense of excellence and overcome low levels of repetition. On the basis of the existing research results both at home and abroad, we should unite and organize the forces in various fields and tackle the issue of the survival and development of contemporary youth in a multi-level, multidisciplinary and multidimensional manner to tackle the issue in a coordinated manner and continuously come up with new theoretical frameworks and Analyze the point of view. Young researchers must have a high sense of social responsibility and mission. They should conduct in-depth investigations and studies in an in-depth, practical and research-oriented manner. They should explore more than themselves, make good use of their outstanding achievements in scientific research and make due contributions to the progress of the society and youth.
