一、泵的安装泵的管路不应复杂和带有尖锐的弯曲。应使泵尽量靠近泵液供应槽,吸入管线和排出管线应直而短,尽量减少弯曲,如果弯曲不可避免;也应使弯曲不超过45°。要尽可能避免直角弯曲,否则会阻碍液流,引起波动,从而改变压力和排量,阀和管线尺寸要适当,并要互相配合。泵液供应槽与泵之间要直线连接,在吸入和排出管线上要安装空气包,现在,这已成为一个必需的措施。
