文章在分析服务为图书馆生存之本的基础上,提出了对图书馆现有服务项目和产品的战略调整策略,进而提出了对图书馆新兴服务项目和产品的促进增长战略。认为应用现代服务营销理论,通过建立适应目标用户需求特点的服务组合战略,调整、优化或重组图书馆的服务项目和产品的结构是值得图书馆尝试的路径。
Based on the analysis of the service as the basis for the survival of the library, the article puts forward the strategies for the strategic adjustment of the existing service items and products in the library, and then puts forward the strategy of promoting the growth of new service items and products in the library. The author thinks that it is worthwhile for libraries to try to adjust, optimize or reorganize library services and product structure by establishing a service composition strategy that adapts to the needs of target users by applying modern service marketing theory.
