随着液压和气压设备的飞速发展,提高了对各种缸体加工的精度、表面光洁度和加工效率的要求,因而对加工用工具的要求也越来越高。本文主要介绍西德Gebruder Heller公司的一种“推铰——拉挤”复合工具。一、滚挤压加工的优点1、工效高:与磨削或珩磨加工不同,滚挤压方法只需几秒钟就能加工出摩擦系数很小的缸体工作面来。2、缸休磨损慢:图1表明,滚挤压加工的缸体面磨损速率远低于普通磨削或珩磨加工面的磨损速率。事实上,前一种缸体中的摩擦力比后一种缸体中的摩擦力小。
With the rapid development of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, the requirements for processing precision, surface finish and processing efficiency of various cylinder bodies are raised. Therefore, the requirements for processing tools are also getting higher and higher. This article describes a “push-pull-pultrusion” composite tool from Gebruder Heller in West Germany. First, the advantages of rolling extrusion 1, high efficiency: Unlike grinding or honing, rolling extrusion method can be processed in just a few seconds to produce a small friction coefficient of the cylinder face. 2, cylinder wear and tear wear slow: Figure 1 shows that the extrusion process of rolling cylinder surface wear rate is much lower than ordinary grinding or honing the wear rate of the surface. In fact, the friction in the former cylinder is less than the friction in the latter cylinder.
