本文介绍了四川在解决人们的住房问题上所取得的成就,存在的问题和面临的艰巨任务。 围绕以扬长避短、因地制宜、经济合理地发展住宅建筑工业化为中心,对各种工业化住宅建筑体系的主要特点及其相适应的条件,结合四川省的具体情况,分别进行了综合经济效果分析,进而提出了发展我省住宅建筑工业化,加快解决城市住宅问题的技术经济途径和建议。
This article describes Sichuan’s achievements in solving people’s housing problems, existing problems, and the arduous tasks it faces. Centering on the industrialization of residential buildings with advantages of avoiding weaknesses, adapting to local conditions, and economically rational development, the main characteristics and adaptable conditions of various industrialized residential building systems have been analyzed, combined with the specific conditions of Sichuan Province, and comprehensive economic effects have been analyzed. We have developed a technical and economic approach and suggestions for the development of the industrialization of residential buildings in our province and the acceleration of solutions to urban housing problems.
