一、交换条件英美两国学术界计算机联网的主要目的是促进和支持两国间的合作科学研究活动。联网协议的细节主要反映了这些合作的特点: 1.对方网络使用中的规定和做法,双方共同遵守和采用。两国间关于这点有谅解;

Exchange Conditions The main purpose of computer networking in the academic fields in Britain and the United States is to promote and support cooperative scientific research activities between the two countries. The details of the network protocol mainly reflect the characteristics of these cooperation: 1. The rules and practices in the network usage of the other party are jointly observed and adopted by both parties. There is understanding between the two countries about this point.
