构建海洋科技水平省际差异评价指标体系,采用熵值法处理《中国海洋统计年鉴2007-2012》相关数据,综合刻画沿海八省市的海洋科技水平差异及其演化:八省市海洋科技水平呈现鲜明梯度特征;2006~2011年八省市海洋科技水平熵值呈现三类演化趋势;具体呈现了八省市海洋科技水平发展的优劣势。
Constructing an index system for evaluation of inter-provincial disparities in marine science and technology, applying entropy method to deal with relevant data of China Ocean Statistical Yearbook 2007-2012, and comprehensively describing differences in marine science and technology and their evolution in eight provinces and municipalities across the eight seas: the level of marine science and technology in eight provinces and municipalities is presented Distinct gradient features; the entropy of marine science and technology in eight provinces and municipalities shows three types of evolution trend from 2006 to 2011; the advantages and disadvantages of the development of marine science and technology in eight provinces and municipalities are specifically presented.
