本文通过实验大鼠BALF细胞及生化成分分析,探讨了电缆烟雾所致肺损伤。结果表明电缆烟雾可引起大鼠肺出血及轻度炎症渗出等反应。BALF 中LDH 测定是反映早期肺损伤的敏感指标。烟雾刺激后BALF FN 及血清FN 含量早期也明显增加,表明FN 可能作为一种重要的调理素参与肺损伤过程。电缆燃烧与BALF 中LDH 活性单位、FN 含最及肺巨噬细胞数间存在“S”型剂量——反应关系。
In this paper, BALF cells and biochemical composition of rats were studied to explore the cable smoke-induced lung injury. The results show that cable smoke can cause pulmonary hemorrhage and mild inflammatory exudation reaction. The LDH assay in BALF is a sensitive indicator of early lung injury. The levels of FN and serum FN in BALF were also significantly increased after smoke stimulation, indicating that FN may participate in lung injury as an important opsonin. There was an “S” dose-response relationship between the cable burning and the number of LDH active units in BALF, FN with the most and the number of pulmonary macrophages.
