社会公平是社会和谐的基础,也是经济法所追求的价值目标,经济法的公平观更接近正义,体现实质公平;经济法通过市场规制法和宏观调控法两个方面的制度设计来维护公平。
Social fairness is the basis of social harmony and the value goal pursued by economic law. The fairness of economic law is closer to justice and reflects the substantive fairness. Economic law protects fairness through the system design of both the market regulation and the macro regulation and control.
