在实发事件中,政府必须有可靠的通信保障,人们也迫切希望得到沟通并了解最新的消息。那么,当意外出现,原有的通信设备毁坏或不能满足通信要求时,谁来为我们提供通信服务?应急通信就是这一使命的承担者。随着电信网的飞速发展,城市的快速扩张,当遭遇突发事件时,电信网的应急和恢复能力所面临的考验越来越大,如美国的“911事件”海南的通信事故等。应急通通越来越受到人们的关注。本期对话,我们请到两位专家。他们分别介绍了美国和我国的电信部门在应急通信方面的一些做法。
In the actual event, the government must have reliable communication security, and people are eager to get the communication and get the latest news. So who will provide us with communication services when accidents occur and the original communication equipment is destroyed or unable to meet the communication requirements? Emergency communication is the undertaker of this mission. With the rapid development of telecommunications network and the rapid expansion of the city, emergency and recovery capabilities of the telecommunications network are increasingly challenged in the wake of unexpected incidents, such as the “911 Incident” in Hainan and other communications accidents in the United States. Emergency all-weather more and more people’s attention. In this issue of dialogue, we invited two experts. They introduced some of the telecommunications departments in the United States and China in emergency communications.
