人在发展过程中,差异性是客观存在的。那么反映在学校中,学生在知识、兴趣、思维、能力、爱好、情感等个性品质上也存在差异。这些差异使每一个学生都具有区别于其他学生的个性品质和特征,都具有唯一性和不可替代性。因此,在教学中,教师必须重视学生存在的个性差异,树立尊重学生个性差异的基本理念,根据学生存在的个性差异,实施分层教学。本文从三个方面,论述了高职英语教学中学会尊重学生个性差异的重要性,即:尊重学生的认知差异、尊重学生的情感差异、尊重学生的思维差异。从而得出结论,尊重学生的个性差异,可以实现课堂教学的个性化,促进学生独特特性的形成与发展;尊重学生的个性差异,能最有效地开发学生的潜能,发展学生的健康个性,形成良好的个性品质、人格特点。因此,英语分层教学在高职教学中显得由为重要。

Resulting in the conclusion that the respect of individual differences in students can be personalized classroom teaching, and promote the formation and development of unique characteristics of students; respect for individual differences in students, the most effective way to develop the potential of students, the development of students’ health personality, the formation of Good personality, personality traits. Therefore, the teaching of English stratification in vocational education appears to be important.
