进行企业技术改造是调整时期发展国民经济的主要途径。但是,如何进行才能取得更大的经济效益呢?首先要明确什么是企业技术改造。所谓企业技术改造就是对现有企业,通过采用先进的技术(包括管理技术)对产品、工艺、装备进行改造和更新、达到产品对路、优质高产低消耗以实现扩大再生产的重要方法。其次要按下列步骤进行:1.摸清企业现状:2.进行调查和予测;3.拟定技术改造方案;4.方案评价与决策;5.技术改造方案的具体设计;6.技术改造方案的实施和人员培训;7.验收;8.实际运行。再有就是认真作好方案评价工作,不但从技术上经济上等方面评价,还要加强综合评价,为决策提供依据,防止盲目性提高经济效益,实现企业术技改造的目的。
To carry out technological transformation of enterprises is the main way to adjust the development of the national economy. However, how can we achieve greater economic benefits?
