学校处于城乡结合部,作为一名英语教师,回顾二十多年工作在教学一线的教学之路,心中充满了无限感慨和无奈,既想尽自己所能教好学生,不留遗憾;又不能摆脱来自分数至上的压力。多年来这现实的矛盾一直困扰着英语教师。在此根据教学经验和现状进行了一点反思。
The school is located in the urban-rural integration department. As an English teacher, I review the teaching of more than 20 years of teaching in frontline teaching. My heart is filled with emotion and helplessness. I want to try my best to teach my students without regret; Get rid of the pressure from the score first. This realistic contradiction has plagued English teachers for many years. Here based on teaching experience and the status quo a little reflection.
