当前湖南省高职院校辅导员队伍学历普遍提高,但是年龄、职称结构不合理,没有形成相应的梯队;部分辅导员对高职教育了解不够深入,角色定位模糊、不准确;工作理念存在偏差;高职院校辅导员工作强度大,积极性不高,职业倦怠感严重。因此,在职称评定过程中要重视辅导员,建立合格的人才梯队;要加强辅导员自身素质建设,建立科学的辅导员的管理机制等措施。
At present, the academic records of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Hunan generally improve, but the structure of titles and titles is not reasonable and no corresponding echelon is formed. Some counselors do not have enough understanding of higher vocational education, the roles are vague and inaccurate, ; Vocational college counselors work intensity, enthusiasm is not high, serious job burnout. Therefore, in the process of professional title assessment, we should attach importance to counselors and establish qualified echelon of personnel; strengthen the construction of counselors themselves and establish a scientific management system of counselors.
