民营企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是民营企业品牌管理还存在很大问题,主要表现为品牌定位不清晰、品牌创建手法单一、品牌缺乏规划等。这些问题的出现,主要是因为我国民营企缺乏品牌战略系统建设理念,缺乏优秀品牌管理人才,缺乏品牌文化。为此,民营企业应该从加强品牌战略认识、加强企业创新和品牌文化建设等方面来加强品牌管理。
Private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy. However, there are still some problems in the brand management of private enterprises. The main problems are the unclear brand positioning, the single brand creation method, the lack of brand planning and so on. The emergence of these problems is mainly due to the lack of brand strategy system construction concept of private enterprises in China, the lack of good brand management talent, the lack of brand culture. To this end, private-owned enterprises should strengthen their brand management by strengthening brand awareness and strengthening business innovation and brand culture.
