200年是我国迎接新世纪,开始实施第10个“五年计划”的第1年,整个来看开局顺利,1～2月全国固定资产投资达到1131亿元,增长16.7％,其中基建投资增长11.4％,更新改建投资增长22.6％,房地产开发投资增长22.0％。新开工项目2733个,它们的投资总额1068亿元,占总投资的93.5％,预示着我国经济将继续朝着好转方向发展。 但是,我国经济好转的基础尚不够牢固。主要表现在:经济实际增长率仍低于潜在增长率;农业和农民收入增长过少,城乡差距继续扩大;货币流动速度持续低迷,金融流程梗阻
The year 200 was the first year in which our country welcomed the new century and started implementation of the 10th Five-Year Plan. As a whole, the project started smoothly. From January to February, the national investment in fixed assets reached 113.1 billion yuan, up 16.7%, of which, the growth of infrastructure investment 11.4%, renewal and renovation investment increased by 22.6% and real estate development investment increased by 22.0%. The number of new projects started 2,733, with a total investment of 106.8 billion yuan, accounting for 93.5% of the total investment, indicating that our economy will continue to develop in a direction of improvement. However, the foundation for improving our economy is not yet strong enough. Mainly manifested in: the actual economic growth rate is still lower than the potential growth rate; income growth of agriculture and farmers is too small, the urban-rural gap continues to widen; currency flow continued to slump, the financial process obstruction
