责任心是一个人应具备的基本素养,是健全人格的基础,是家庭和睦、社会安定的保障。因此,在幼儿园教育期间,也应加强对幼儿责任心的培养,以有效提升幼儿的责任意识。从笔者工作中对幼儿的表现来看,很多幼儿在与其他幼儿的交往过程中缺乏责任心,因此,采取合理的措施,培养幼儿的责任心已经很有必要。本文,根据笔者的教学经验,对幼儿责任心的现状进行分析,对“区域负责人制度”模式对中班幼儿责任心的培养问题,进行了初步的探讨。
Responsibility is one of the basic qualities that a person should possess. It is the basis of a sound personality and a guarantee of family harmony and social stability. Therefore, during kindergarten education, we should also step up the training of young children’s sense of responsibility so as to effectively raise children’s sense of responsibility. From the author’s work on the performance of children, many children lack contact with other children in the process of responsibility, therefore, take reasonable measures to develop children’s sense of responsibility has been necessary. Based on the author’s teaching experience, this article analyzes the current situation of children’s sense of responsibility and carries out a preliminary study on the training of children’s responsibility in mid-term classes based on the “system of regional director”.
